How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Noticedslight Plumbing wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics We Handle

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when contacting Noticedslight Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

The plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Please understand that Noticedslight Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@noticedslight.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next we review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
